New Thursday Evening Bible Study

All are welcome and encouraged to join us.
On Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in the Church Library.

We will be studying the book of First Corinthians.

It has been said that "the City of Corinth was the New York, Las Vegas and Los Angeles of the Apostle Paul's day, all rolled into one" (Gordon Fee).

Come study the Word of God which addressed issues of rampant sexual immorality and idolatry

and a host of other similar issues

that our culture has in common with Corinth.

(Please note: classes are all held in the Library)

Saturday Morning Prayer - "In prayer, it is better to have heart without words, than words without heart.  Prayer will make a man cease from sin or sin entice a man to ease from prayer.  The spirit of prayer is more prescious than treasures of gold and silver.  Pray often, for prayer is a shield to the soul, a sacrifice to God, and a scourge to Satan." John Bunyan.   Join us on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month at 8:00 am as we pray for the Lord to bless our outreach efforts for Local Light and at home, work and with our neighbors.

Prayer Requests - If you would like a prayer request placed in the bulletin, please call the church office by 9:00 am on the preceding Friday.  We would also appreciate updates and when to remove the request from the list.

Headphones - are available during Morning Worship to assist with hearing.  Please see an usher to obtain one.
